Whitney Riggs serves as the Executve Director for Federal Relations at ASU. Based in Washington, D.C. Whitney works to advance the University’s priorities at the federal level. Prior to ASU, Whitney worked as a government affairs professional at the National School Boards Association which represents 90,000 school board members across the nation. She also worked on Capitol Hill for more than a decade, including the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Education and Labor. Whitney lives in Arlington, VA with her husband and three children.
