Warde has been a successful business entrepreneur and served four terms in the Arizona House of Representatives. While in the House, he worked considerately with many diverse groups to build consensus and pass legislation. He also served as Chairman of the Homeland Security Committee and Rules Committee and had bills signed by Governor Janet Napolitano and Governor Jan Brewer. Warde has the proven ability to successfully bring groups together through stake holder meetings to focus on solutions. He is a fourth generation Arizona native to the East Valley and makes Gilbert his home with his wife, Paula, and 3 children. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Never Again Foundation and volunteers at his local church.
